Information Sessions on The Collaborative Process on the Second-Generation Cut-off and Section 10 Voting Thresholds

Indigenous Services Canada is hosting virtual information sessions for the Collaborative Process on the Second-Generation Cut-off and Section 10 Voting Thresholds.

Information from the Rights-Holders Information Kit will be presented, highlighting the key issues for consultation: the Second-Generation Cut-Off and Section 10 Voting Thresholds. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and discuss content with the Registration Reform team.

Upcoming information sessions will be held virtually via Zoom. Below, you will find details about our upcoming sessions and how to register.

Who should attend?

  1. Individuals: Impacted Indigenous rights-holders, individuals impacted by the second-generation cut-off, and/or members of the public.
  2. First Nations: Chiefs and Council, band managers, and/or community members.
  3. Tribal Councils: Organizations representing First Nations in Canada.
  4. Administrators: Registration administrators or clerks.
  5. Allies: Interested Indigenous groups or organizations that may be impacted.
